Lawyer and Master of Laws with over a decade of experience providing legal counsel to private enterprises and governmental entities on corporate and contractual matters. Throughout his career, Mr. Palma has held significant roles, including Head of the Digital Government Division at the Government of Chile, Counselor of the Strategic Programs and Industries Committee (CPIE Transforma Chile) at CORFO, Director at RedGealc (Electronic Government Network of Latin America and the Caribbean), and Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Program Sé Santiago Smart City at CORFO. He also served as Counselor in the Presidential Advisory Committee for Higher Education Reform, provided counsel to the Technological Revolution chapter of the National Innovation Council, and currently serves as an external project evaluator at ANID, the National Research and Development Agency (formerly CONICYT).
Mr. Palma previously held the positions of President of the Student Federation, President of the Law Students Board, and President and Co-founder of ALUMNI at Alberto Hurtado University. He is also a member of the Chilean Bar Association, Colegio de Abogados A.G.
